Ways You Can Make an Impact

Guest Experience: This includes our front door greeters, coffee bar team, next steps connections, and the smiling faces in the lobby! This team creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that strives to create an awesome first-time experience for our guests.

Parking: This team is the very first smiling face guests see when they arrive. They make our building look alive and welcoming. They assist with traffic flow and help guests to the building.

Usher Team: This team prepares people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting guests to a comfortable seat and maintain a distraction-free environment.

Worship Team: This dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of God through vocals and instruments. (This team requires an audition)

Production Team: This team uses technology to reach people by delivering the Word and worship through audio engineering, cameras, photography, lighting and other visual elements.

Early Childhood: This team leads children ages into a real relationship with Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions. ○ Nursery (6 wks - 12 mo) ○ Toddlers (12 mo - 2 yrs) ○ Preschool (3 yrs - 5 yrs)

Elementary (Kinder - 6th): This team creates an environment in our kids’ services where children are consistently taught to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more.

Kid’s Check-In: This team welcomes families as they arrive at our Purpose Kids areas & facilitates the check-in process, ensuring children are cared for effectively and efficiently.

AWANA: Our midweek small groups just for kids dedicated to their discipleship. We utilize proven curriculum to help our children know God, love His Word, and know how to live it out in their life. Serving in AWANA might look like leading a small group, supporting a small group leader, or facilitating the activities that happen throughout the Wednesday program

This team builds the next generation, grades 7th-12th, through intentional community, dynamic worship experiences, relevant teaching & groups, impactful retreats and summer camps.

his team’s goal is to amplify our message of faith through innovative strategies. This team will manage our online presence, create engaging content, promote church events and services and engage the community at a high level.

Outreach: actively seeks ways to meet people where they are through community events and service projects.

Marketing: leverages any/all available tools to spread the news of Jesus and our life-giving church.

Creative: Tells a story that inspires and motivates through innovative use of photography, videography, social media and graphic design

This team facilitates the TPC experience through setup/teardown of our weekend services and provides excellent care to our equipment, trucks and trailers.

This team covers the weekend and midweek connections in prayer, preparing the way of the Lord. This team also prays for the needs of the church as people request prayer in service.

Freedom Prayer: Freedom Prayer is a personal prayer ministry that exists to help with the process of recognizing and resolving anything that would keep us from an abiding relationship with God. It is a “first responder” ministry, focused on equipping individuals to prayerfully examine with God fundamental emotional and spiritual needs that hinder their Christian walk.

This team hosts small groups, offering a place for people to find meaningful community. Small group leaders host groups based on topics, Biblical studies, or activities they are passionate about. Small Group leaders are supported by a dedicated SG Leadership Team throughout the entire process/semester to ensure each group leader is cared for and resourced well.

This team hosts the Welcome Dinners for those that are new or feel new to TPC. The Next Steps team is responsible for the administrative follow up and helping people reach their next step
